Required Experience:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a background in all centre management, consisting of a minimum of 4 years experience in the industry.  This experience should specifically encompass the management and development of Team Managers, accountability for daily productivity and have a proven track record for process improvements and added value.

Main Purpose:

To manage Team Managers and to be accountable for productivity and ensuring we meet the required service levels and to drive process improvements to ensure we deliver the best possible customer experience whilst maximising gross profits.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

Allocation of Individual Responsibilities - to align the company and project objectives, briefing the objectives to the Team Managers and agreeing individual responsibilities, SMART objectives and performance criteria.  Daily monitoring of TM's tasks to ensure adherence to job requirements.

Daily Team Productivity  - to be accountable for day to day productivity, ensuring we meet our agreed service levels.   Undertake routine audits to check process adherence and routine data analysis to highlight trends and areas for improvement and follow-up plans for achieving the improvements.   

Resource Allocation - to identify the skill sets and most effective human resource required to deliver our ongoing project objectives

Individual and Team Development - to identify the training and development needs of Team Managers in order to meet the required roles and responsibilities

EMC test and design experience to Mil Std 462 or equivalent.

Outline Job Profile:
An experience EMC Engineer is required to undertake EMC Engineering tasks on RF communications payload projects, proposals and studies. Specifics tasks will include:
Requirements analysis
Equipment specification development, supporting Electrical/ RF design Engineers
Advise on EMC control techniques and practices
EMC design analysis
Preparation of test specifications and procedures as part of a multidisciplinary team
Supervision of EMC tests, controlling of test programmes and assisting with test reports
Liaison with customer representatives and participation in meetings and formal design reviews.

NOTE: Must be able to travel including overseas if required.</description>

The successful applicant will manage the diaries of service engineers, and allocate them to clients whose systems may have failed ensuring that all jobs are covered and customers kept happy! 
Additional duties will include general administrative tasks and assisting the stores department with collation of data in relation to parts and stock. You will also produce management information reports and statistics relating to department KPI's for management. 

Working hours are Monday to Friday office hours, however after an initial period of around 6 months you will be requested to assist with occasional out of hours call out for which you will be handsomely rewarded!

Requirements... 

We are seeking a candidate with proven Customer Service experience preferably from a Help Desk or repairs coordination background, or an environment where you have used organisational skills to coordinate other team members in order to solve a problem! 

A well spoken telephone manner is essential as is resilience and an ability to remain calm under pressure. You will need excellent MS Office skills and experience of using MS Access databases would be beneficial.

            <description>My client is a well know utilities provider that operate nationwide.  They are a leading brand in their field and have built up a very good reputation amongst their clients and also employees.  Their employees are well rewarded with progression and good salaries.

Due to new contracts being signed they are looking for a number of domestic gas service and breakdown engineers in and around the PO postcode areas - Portsmouth, Gosport, Waterlooville, Bognor Regis, Fareham areas.  The role will be working in occupied housing authority properties working on boilers and domestic gas fired appliances.

You will be providing breakdown support and service on domestic boilers and gas fired equipment in and around the PO postcode areas - Portsmouth, Gosport, Waterlooville, Bognor Regis, Fareham areas.  You will be working on local housing authority properties that are all occupied. 

28.5k basic + van + phone + overtime + call out + benefits + pension.  38-45k OTE

To be considered for this position you need to have at least 2-3 years domestic gas experience doing service and be living within travelling distance to the PO postcode area, you would also need your domestic gas certificates - CEN1, CCN1 as a minimum. You will be working from the company's database and using your own initiative to identify, pursue and close sales leads.

This is a largely telephone based role so good telephone skills and communication are essential.

The role will consist of booking appointments for external salespeople to visit businesses and also gaining the opportunity to quote there and then.

You will be 'buddied up' with a salesperson who you will source opportunities for.

You must have sales experience and it would be advantageous if you have attended a sales or telesales course in the past.

You must be enthusiastic, motivated and a fast learner.

Business to business telesales is an ideal background to come from.

You must have experience in telesales, preferrably in an industrial environment but this is not essential.

You will have experience in successfully identifying sales leads, closing orders and appointment booking.

If you have sold data-cabling, generators, air-conditioning or similar then you would be an ideal candidate for this role.
