Inbound Telesales Operative
Portsmouth
£5.60-£6.00 Per Hour
My client is looking to recruit an Inbound Telesales Operative for their busy call centre in central Portsmouth. Full training will be given and their current team members are from a varied background from retail assistants to technical architects. Whatever your back ground, if you have a keen eye for detail, are really customer focused and are able to be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work then this may be the role for you!
You will be working in a challenging and changing inbound call centre environment. Calls are varied and you always have to be aware of the current 'deals' on offer, to ensure the customer is getting the best possible package.
Quality is our speciality and every single customer experience must be unique to them. You must be able to confidently handle customer calls along with objections and complaints you must also be able to talk about all of our products with knowledge and passion. You will have the ability to remain calm and professional at all times! You must enjoy working within a Team Environment, with clear goals and objectives with a desire to learn and develop as an individual.
You will be working in between the hours of 08.30AM and 11PM Monday - Sunday on 10.30 hour shifts. You will be working 40 hours a week. My client is paying £5.60 whilst training and then £6.00 Per Hour plus commission.
Your tasks and responsibilities will be taking Inbound calls from our door to door agents selling the product, also you will be receiving calls from retailers and venue sale reps all inbound again and they require our assistance to progress the sale, Customers also call us direct to help progress their broadband order.
As part of the booking process you will be speaking directly to customers and internal customers therefore a full awareness of FSA regulations regarding mandatory statements and Customer Protection is required.
