A growing local company is seeking an experienced PA to support 2 directors. The successful candidate will be self motivated with strong organisational skills. Some foreign travel may be required within Europe.
To provide a comprehensive, confidential and professional administrative service to both Directors in the day-to-day management and administration of the office and to maintain a discreet and confidential role in supporting them. The role of the PA is to take initiative and enhance systems in order to maximise the effectiveness of the Directors in fulfilling their wide range of responsibilities.
Duties will include:
Using a pro-active approach, to manage the day to day operation of the Directors, using time management skills to maximise the efficiency of both Directors diaries, dealing with routine correspondence, writing reports and taking initiative to resolve issues
Act as an effective and helpful interface between the Director and all internal and external parties.
Ensure efficiency and continuity of the office in times of Directors absence
Develop and maintain a good understanding of business activities and objectives so that he/she can give correct information.
This is an extremely varied role so the successful applicant must have the ability to multi-task.
