We are currently seeking an additional member of the thriving Graduate Liaison Team. The role will involve visiting Universities on a National basis, presenting to students and lecturers in addition to working in-house on Graduate projects. Successful applicants will be enthusiastic and energetic with strong presentation skills.
The Graduate Liaison Consultant is responsible for:
* The department's growth and profitability and their personal targets,
* Ensuring the Recruitment Consultants have access to the best graduates,
* Ensuring that they achieve their personal targets,
* Developing their own knowledge and performance,
* Constructive liaison with the team members to ensure the team achieve their placement and growth targets,
* Carrying out such duties that are consistent with their position,
* Conforming and complying with the directions and instructions of the Company.
