Wild Recruitment are seeking Recruitment Consultants to run and account manage a permenant desk.
Main duties will include managing new and existing clients and generating new business.
Sourcing new candidates using any tools, interviewing, matching candidates to job specifications, upselling, cross selling, influencing and cold calling potential businesses.
Candidate will need to be self motivated, reslient, target driven and able to work under pressure.
