***Have you experience of working with Elderly People?** Have you previously worked in a support worker role?**
The Role;
You will be responsible for the efficient day to day management of the retirement and care schemes. You will be required to visit all residents in line with the service level agreement and answer all emergency calls immediately and provide appropriate assistance. You will be required to sign up new residents and complete all necessary paperwork. You will be actively promoting the good practice in all work areas and always deliver customer care to the highest standard.
Who we are looking for;
You will have a sensitive caring manner when dealing with residents and have the ability to stay calm in difficult solutions. You will have relevant experience of working with older people and have your own transport.
