Inbound Telesales Operative
Portsmouth
£6.00 Per Hour
My client is recruiting an Inbound Telesales Operative on a temporary to permanent basis. The hours are varied and you would be working an 8 hour shift between the hours of 08.00AM and 20.00PM and alternate weekends 09.00AM to 18.00AM Saturday and 12.00 to 20.00 Sunday, flexibility will be required and candidates must be able to work these hours.
The purpose of this role is to take inbound calls on a hotel reservations line and convert into sales. You will be completing the online reservation form on the website. You will be ginding the correct room type at the prefered location, condirm prices and availability before taking guest details. You will be handling customer quieries, offering alternative accomodation and payment enquiries. You will be the voice of the company so it is imperative you are efficient, professional, with good sales skills!
