Inbound Telesales Operative
Portsmouth
£5.60-£6.00 Per hour
My client is currently looking to recruit an inbound telesales operative based in Portsmouth.
You will be working different shift patterns which varies from:
8AM-6PM
9AM-7PM
10AM-8PM
11AM-9PM
1PM-11PM
The shift pattern does include weekends but you would work for 4 days and then have 3 days off. The average hours a week are 40. You will start on £5.60 per hour during training and then this will increase to £6.00 per hour.
A typical day consists of taking calls from Field Representatives and to verify and validate a new customer sale. You will be speaking to the customer to verify the sale and place the order ensuring that the correct campaign code has been put through - eye for detail as well as good customer service is essential.
To apply for this position you will need to have or be the following:
1 year experience of Customer Service
Telephone experience ideally
Excellent Communication Skills
Attention to detail
Ability to handle objections/complaints
Competent keyboard and IT skills
Assertive
