Business to Business Telesales Operative
Portsmouth
£5.60-£6.00 Plus Commission

My client is looking to recruit a Business to Business Telesales Operative based in Portsmouth.

You will be working a day shift Monday to Thursday 08.30-18.00 and Friday 08.30-14.30. All candidates must commit to a minimum of a 3 month period. This role is paying £5.60 per hour during training and then £6.00 per hour when making outbound calls plus there a commission structure.

My client specialises in making loans to individuals through credit cards, some of these credit cards will carry their own branding but many will be issued in the name of other organisations known as Affinity Partners. There are more than 840 such organisations in Europe including AOL UK, Manchester Untied Football Club, The World Wide Fund for Nature UK and Irish Permanent IRL.

The purpose of this role is to make business to business telesales using a database of Limited companies and sole traders to aquire new credit card accounts. There are two types of cards one is a self employed card and the other is a business credit card. The purpose of the call is to sell the benefits of the two cards to the appropriate decision maker, then gain their agreement to take the card and use it then you will proceed to take an application over the phone. The nature of the call requires you to offer high product knowledge, gain understanding of business requirements, overcome objection and collect the relevant information.
