The Role;
You will be required to provide telephone assistance to customers who wish to place, amend or cancel an order. It will be you responsibility to process the customers requirements, to prepare, send, file and follow up quotations for products. You will be expected to follow up the order within 24 hours to ensure that the customer receives a high level of service. You will ensure that all quotations are accurately provided and where information is missing you will forward to the relevant team.
Who we are looking for;
You will be confident on the telephone, have an excellent eye for detail and be able to work using your initiative. The role requires someone to have an enthusiastic and helpful manner at all times, to be reliable and always respond to the time period promised to the customer and be able to handle complaints in a positive manner.
The Employer;
Modern offices with parking, this role is initially for holiday cover but could develop into something long term for the right candidate.
