Title: Customer Support Agent. Salary £12000 - £13000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Customer Support Agent in a rapidly expanding organisation based in Whiteley. If you are confident, articulate and driven bu high levels of service then this exciting opportunity is for you!!!
The Role:
You will be building and developing relationships between the company and it's clients by delivering a consistent and efficient level of service. Day to day duties include taking inbound calls from customers and providing assistance to customers according to their policy entitlement. You will ensure that all information taken is recorded accurately and that notes are fully completed and the appropriate action is taken. Other duties include administrative duties, handling complaints and liaising with other departments.
