We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong construction experience, to manage multiple projects from point of order to completion and handover. This will include Technical, Design, Programme, Procurement, Site Installation and all Financial matters, full commercial management of contracts ensuring that best prices are obtained from all Suppliers and Sub Contractors. You need to be able to liaise fully with clients and project suppliers, keeping all fully updated at all times. Ideally the successful candidate should have experience within curtain walling, cladding, glazing or external facade industry. The ability to use Autocad would be an advantage, but the abilty to read construction drawings and specifications is essential.
