| It takes a certain type of person to take a call from someone who’s just found out they have cancer, or perhaps have had a serious accident: someone with the compassion to empathise with the caller, and the practicality to talk them through the next stages. If that person sounds like you, there could be some extremely rewarding opportunities for you here in Eastleigh. As part of our friendly Private Medical Insurance team, you’ll be a crucial voice within our Healthcare business. Customer service is at the heart of all we do, and nowhere is it more important than here. Your friendly personality and naturally helpful manner will shine through to each and every customer who calls in to make a claim. You’ll know just which tone to take, how to build a great rapport and will do your utmost to resolve queries there and then. We’re not looking for a claims expert. You might not have any experience in the area at all. What’s important here is a natural ability to engage with people on all levels. Your listening skills will be second-to-none and you’ll have the good judgement and empathy to deal with often challenging situations in a calm and efficient manner.
