| Excellent opportunity to join a busy and thriving customer service team on a part time basis. We are looking for 2 experienced customer service professionals to work on a part time basis, one in the morning and one in the afternoon on a temporary to permanent basis giving you the invaluable opportunity to try the role before you commit. You will be receiving calls from customers requiring product information, arranging returns and refunds and completing all related administration. You will have excellent organisation skills coupled with stong communication abilities. From time to time you may be required to deal with complaint calls and will need to remain calm and collected at all times. Applicants will have a good understanding of the basis principles of customer service and be able to demonstrate thier skills at interview. You will have worked within a telephone customer service enviroment and thrive under pressure. You will be working as part of a team so the ability to muck in is essential! IT literacy is a must, you will have experieince of using word and excel but will be trained on using an internal database. Apply today for more information. |
