Our client in Fareham require a Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for executing the weekly contractor payroll, and ensuring that all information has been processed in good time allowing for the prompt running of the payroll function.
Duties include:
- Ensuring all information is on the correct systems for the correct payroll
- Ensuring leaver P45’s are issued promptly on a weekly basis
- Completing incoming enquiries from different agencies in relation to contractor pay
- Sending CHAPS and BACS payments
- Completing weekly payroll reconciliation
- Assisting with pre and post Tax year End procedures
- Collation of contractor contracts
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with our industry standards for good practice.
