Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a varied and proactive role based in Fareham? An exceptional opportunity has arisen in this busy and friendly environment for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player!!!
JOB ROLE
As a Customer Coordinator you will take inbound calls from customers enquiring about their existing motor claims. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls dealing with questions and queries. You will effectively handle complaints and liaise with other departments accordingly.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, proactive team player who has previous customer service experience within a busy environment. You must be educated to GCSE Level including English and Mathematics.
