Westaff (UK) Ltd is working on behalf of our client to find them a 2nd chef for their large and busy operation.
They do over 500 covers a day and have breakfast, lunch and dinners service. This is a progressive role and an opportunity to be promoted to executive chef.
My client caters for a broad range of groups with varying tastes and this is a great opportunity to manage a large team, develop the menus and progress personally.
The starting salary is c£19,000 rising to £23,000 upon promotion. The successful candidate will need to have experience of leading a team, be interested in becoming an executive chef, be qualified (or qualified by experience), and have experience of different cuisine from around the world.
