Working in Portsmouth's largest recruitment agency as part of our highly successful customer service and sales division.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
• To maximize the sales and gross profit with the placement of permanent staff within client’s of Wild Recruitment reflecting Wild as a quality company
• To achieve the minimum level of gross profit of £1,750 per week
• To develop and manage an appropriate database of candidates ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards
• To match and exceed client expectations by offering a reliable and responsive permanent recruitment service
• To develop and maintain a profitable client base through a proactive and programmed sales approach to current and prospective clients
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Screen all applicants by interviewing and assessing their suitability and match to each vacancy
• Obtain full detailed job descriptions and person specification from client companies, both by telephone and face to face
• Quote rates and confirm terms of business in writing prior to taking action on any client order
• Ensure the appropriate credit checks have been carried out and authorized prior to placement of any candidate
• Arrange interviews and fully brief candidates
• Carry out follow up interviews and maintain accurate records
• Research and identify new clients
• Develop relationships with existing clients
• Program sales activity using Goldmine
• Ensure every client and applicant contact is registered on Goldmine
• Treat applicants with respect at all times and be open and honest with applicants
• Ensure applicant match and MITs are met when submitting for a vacancy
• Maintain regular contact with applicants
• Control availability of applicants using Goldmine ensuring all the required details are registered on Goldmine
• Encourage team working and help other team members if needed
• Cross sell Wild divisions when liaising with clients and applicants
• Visit existing clients on a regular basis
• Meet division expectations per week of:
o Sales calls
o Visits to clients
o Applicants registered
o Interviews arranged
o Jobs taken
o Placements started
