You will have a good academic background and some sales experience or a very strong customer service background. This is a fast-paced role and requires a confident and energetic multi-tasker.
Successful consultants at Matchtech Group come from a wide variety of backgrounds both academically and professionally. Previous experience ranges from call centre to telesales to estate agents.
The successful applicants will be establishing business relationships with client companies, selling the benefits of Matchtech Group and filling and maintaining contract or permanent bookings.
