We are currently seeking a Graduate to join our Construction Site team as a Recruitment Consultant.
Matchtech Group plc have been established for 20 years and have grown to be the 2nd largest technical recruitment consultancy in the UK. Our annual turnover reached £204 million for 2007, and our growth rate has been an average of 26% for the last 10 years. Our continuing success had been due to selecting and retaining the very best consultants. We have steadily expanded and we now employ over 280 staff at our modern offices in Whiteley, Fareham.
Our Construction Site team operates in our Built Environment sector. They specialise in recruiting for construction contractors such as Amec, Birse, Costain, and Mowlem to name a few. You will have the opportunity to establish new business with clients involved with many prestigious construction projects across the UK, not least the Olympics. Because this is a reasonably new team, there is an opportunity for someone to progress quickly in the organisation if they can demonstrate success, energy, and enthusiasm.
The most important aspects that we look for in a potential recruitment consultant are more to do with personality and attitude. Our consultants are determined, driven, ambitious, competitive and motivated sales people. They are able to build relationships over the telephone and able to make opportunities for themselves and their team.
