This is a fast-paced role on a rapidly expanding department which requires a confident and energetic multi-tasker. You will have the ability to build strong long-term relationships with clients and to communicate in a professional and friendly manner. You will be expected to sell the benefits of Matchtech Group and to quickly fill contract or permanent jobs. You will be prepared to regularly visit client sites, mainly in southern England.
Successful consultants at Matchtech Group come from a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds. Previous work experience includes telesales, estate agency and car sales. We are also happy to hear from Recruitment Consultants who have previously worked in the Industrial sector.
We offer full and comprehensive training as well as an excellent basic salary with uncapped commission.
