An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2008 Graduate to join a well-established organisation with an excellent reputation within its industry sectors. We now require an individual to join our Aerospace Division as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Working as part of a close knit team in a sociable environment, you will be responsible for contacting local and national businesses to form long term working relationships. Your ultimate goal will be to promote the company's services and well-recognised brand and provide excellent service levels to existing customers. You will develop new areas of business and grow the Departments broad strength is this thriving market. The Aerospace Division deals with many of the UK's highest profile aircraft manufacturers and their suppliers, their remit extends from design, through quality and manufacturing to production and into maintenance.
You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who possesses drive and ambition to succeed. Previous experience in sales or customer services would be beneficial but is not essential as long as you have determination, excellent interpersonal skills and high aspirations. You will be an excellent team worker with the resolve and work ethic to consistently create success for yourself and for Matchtech.
This role offers a basic starting salary of 16-18K with first year on target earnings of 24-26K, with the potential to earn significantly more it subsequent years.
