Matchtech Group Plc is one of the largest Technical and IT recruitment consultancies in the UK. We now have an opportunity for an individual to join our busy accounts department as a Payroll Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in an accounts field.
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for executing the weekly contractor payroll, and ensuring that all information has been processed in good time allowing for the prompt running of the payroll function.
Duties include:
- Ensuring all information is on the correct systems for the correct payroll
- Ensuring leaver P45's are issued promptly on a weekly basis
- Completing incoming enquiries from different agencies in relation to contractor pay
- Sending CHAPS and BACS payments
- Completing weekly payroll reconciliation
- Assisting with pre and post Tax year End procedures
- Collation of contractor contracts
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with our industry standards for good practice.
