    Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Communications Consultant, the Overseas Resourcer is responsible for updating and growing Matchtech's database of non-UK candidates to provide consultants with pre-qualified candidates who want to work in the UK.

    The Overseas Resourcer is responsible for contacting, screening and assisting with work authorisation for all non-UK candidates to develop and grow our database for Consultants use. They will also proactively source non-UK candidates from Matchtech's jobboard partners. They will become Matchtech's immigration specialist and provide advice to the company on immigration laws and legislation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operational
    > To screen candidates to ascertain those that will genuinely relocate, providing consultants with a database of pre-qualified candidates who want to seek work in the UK
    > To agree areas of skills shortaes that require attention with Divisional Heads
    > To actively source non-UK candidates from Matchtech's jobboard partners, qualify them and pass to relevant departments in order to assist with skill shortages
    > To be the point of contact for all non-UK candidates looking to relocate to the UK
    > To be fully aware of all existing laws and legislation on employing non-UK candidates and endeavour to communicate any changes in this area both internally to the company and to clients
    > To interface with Karen Gamble to ensure our quality manual is fully up to date with the latest legislation
    > To assist quality candidates without a work permit to obtain the correct documentation via an umbrella company
    > To clean the database and archive any unsuitable overseas candidates
    > To ensure we have copies of all relevant documentation on Employ so we fully comply with the EAA regulations

    > To conform and comply with the directions and instructions of the Company.
