We are now seeking a Graduate to work as a Recruitment Consultant in our Traffic and Transport Division. You will achieve success from an early stage and be working in an established and successful team, which can provide hands on training and support.
You will be working in a buoyant market with massive potential for growth; you will have the opportunity to be responsible for you own work and success.
This role will suit an individual who can listen and empathise with people to ensure they make the best possible career choices. You will need to manage and prioritise your time effectively, working quickly, accurately and consistently.
Matchtech is a recognised player in the industry and has preferred supplier agreements with many clients in this field. The types of projects you will be working on are maintenance contacts for highway agencies & city bus initiative's.
This will provide an opportunity for a successful candidate to improve existing business relationships and experience rapid personal growth.
