The Role:
As the team administrator you will be required to support the team with the distribution of the incoming and outgoing mail, answering the telephone and drafting letters from a standard template. The team consists of six people who operate to a tight schedule which involves team work and dedication.
Who we are looking for:
You will be confident in your ability and able to use your initiative. You will have good communication skills over the phone and able to take messages accurately. You will have a 'can do' attitude and be looking to commit to a team.
