Supply Chain Assistant (up to 3 months)
Segensworth, Fareham
£15k+ depending on experience
We have an immediate vacancy for a Supply Chain Assistant to join the team for up to 3 months. You will provide administrative and general office support to the supply chain team.
You will accurately maintain and update the information records and approvals for the suppliers and contractors database.
You will be updating price lists and lead times for all subcontractors and suppliers by telephone and email.
You will need to organise and update the supplier and subcontractor filing system.
The ideal candidate for the role will be PC literate with a good understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel. You will be numerate with a good attention to detail and be able to communicate clearly at all levels with an excellent telephone manner.
Salary is negotiable depending on your level of relevant experience.
