Working on behalf of a telecommunications firm you will provide support to the customers of this company. You will be required to recognise, advise and diagnose faults that you have been called to rectify.
You will be expected to provide high level of customer service and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout the process.
You will be professional and confident with strong written and spoken English. You will have the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and communicate at all levels both internally and customer facing. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
