| Are you driven by success? Money motivated? and experienced at working within a fast paced and ever changing environment? Westaff Portsmouth are recruiting for an experienced consultant to develop and grow an established temporaries desk. Working with key employers in the local area, plus national accounts you will be expected to source suitable applicants for assignments, while identifying opportunities for new business. Supplying short term staffing solutions to industrial and commercial clients. Generating leads for the permanent business division. Assisting in marketing and sales campaigns, and maximising revenue. No two days are ever the same at Westaff, one minute you could be knocking doors and cold calling on potential clients, the next you are registering and interviewing multiple candidates and assigning to work duties. Ideally you will have had experience of running a busy temps desk in preferably both commercial and industrial sectors, and can demonstrate growth.
