Full Description:

Outside contacts: Reps and Account Managers

Team Responsibility: Supervisors & Bar Team


Key Tasks: -
To have a resort wide view combined with a ^can do” attitude.
To manage, lead, train and motivate all team members within your department.
To encourage “Good Financial Practice” and a “Financial Awareness
Amongst all members of the team.
Meet with all new team members in order to explain company procedures.
To maintain cash controls as per company guidelines.
Complete all stock-takes and transfers as required by the finance manager.
Purchase stock in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure all bars are clean and team in full uniform at all times.
Appoint sufficient team members for your operation.
Record and review all wastage.
Follow all current procedures for line cleaning and storage of wine, beer and spirits.
Investigate and report on any irregularities
Prepare detailed reports, weekly, monthly, annually.
Attend weekly HOD meetings.
Maintain a clean and efficient cellar.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
Put forward ideas on ways to increase sales & spends.

To develop and train your team and yourself to fulfil the objectives of the company and where possible your, and their, personal development plans.

Key Performance Indicators: -
Target of 1.2 million on bar sales
Up to date on all financial reporting.
88% on 4 monthly external audit.
Team retention figures better than 90%
Customer satisfaction figures improved year on year.

General: -
You must follow the management “Guiding Principals”.
