A high profile PA is required to support an extremely busy and professional Director of this large construction company.
You will be providing, full PA duties, including diary management, letter and memo writing, report generation. Liaising with other members of the management team and board.
Arranging product launches, and attending on site meetings.
You must have excellent skills MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint plus a high and accurate copy typing speed.
This is a maternity contract starting in September for a minimum of 3 months. Hours are two days per week 9:00 to 17:00.
