| We are looking for self-motivated Team Leaders who are ready to focus on developing their teams in a fast paced environment. To be successful in this role you will have the ability to manage, encourage, coach and motivate team members to delivering the high standards of service that Customers have come to expect from us. You will need to have experience in a high volume, fast paced, contact centre environment. Able to adapt quickly to change that you will drive and motivate your team to maximse their ability to achieve both individual and team goals. Coaching, development and performance leverage will be core activities in ensuring your teams success in this fast paced customer service environment. You will have exceptional communication skills together with a strong attention to detail and high levels of drive. To be considered, you must possess: ? A strong team leading background ?
