The Role:
You are accountable to the sales manager for sales of training courses and products mainly through the medium of the telephone. You may occasionally hold face to face meetings with customers.
Duties to include:
Answer incoming enquiry calls from prospective and existing customers in a professional manner.
To make calls to prospective or existing customers in order to persuade them to purchase training courses or products and/or provide them with information.
To ensure that callers’ questions are answered promptly and thoroughly either by yourself or by other more knowledgeable members of staff.
To hold face to face meetings with customers on occasion.
To keep the sales manager informed, through regular reports or meetings, of the progress of all aspects of your work.
To assist in the sending out of literature if necessary.
To keep accurate records on the computer database, according to the instructions given to you.
To advise the sales manager promptly of any serious, or potentially serious, problems especially those that may have an adverse impact on the company or its public image.
You will ideally have 6 months experience within telesales or telemarketing industry. You will be motivated and hungry, organised with a passion to succeed. OTE £50K very realistic
