We are looking for Agents to handle customer sales calls on behalf of the high street banks providing an efficient, courteous and professional service at all times. You will play a key part in ensuring we continue to grow and retain our Customer base through delivering excellent levels of service.
To succeed in any of these roles you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and be a strong team player. You must enjoy working in a busy, fun and challenging environment where the emphasis is on delivering an amazing customer experience.
