Customer Servie/ Sales Team Leaders required!
Portsmouth
Working for a highly successful financial organisation you will head up a team of up to 10 agents dealing with incoming calls. You will train, coach and monitor these agents as well as motivate them to hit all set targets and KPI's. You will ideally have call centre experience and the ability to prove where you have successfully managed teams in the past.
£21,000 in first year + bonus
