Our client, a Hampshire-based recruitment company, are looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants with natural sales ability and the drive to progress their career, to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience and/or a natural aptitude for sales, drive and ambition, and the ability to train and develop into a successful consultant within a busy, dynamic environment.
You will be developing new business both on the telephone and in face-to-face meetings, whilst also retaining a focus on service delivery, sourcing the best calibre candidates for your clients.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and commission package (un-capped), and a genuine opportunity to forge a rewarding career in recruitment.
