We are currently seeking a motivated Training Administrator to take responsibility for the organisation and scheduling of training courses within this extremely large, multi site legal practice.
The role...
Will involve dealing with all members of staff across the practice including partners in relation to their training requirements. The successful applicant will coordinate venues, trainers and delegates and will also administer training files for all staff.
Requirements...
In addition to possessing an enthusiastic attitude and a real drive to make a difference, you will be well spoken with excellent communication skills. A training qualification such as CTP is desirable but not essential, although you will need experience within a similar role. A sound working knowledge of all MS Office packages is essential.
Applicants should bear in mind that whilst this role is initially based in Segensworth, the plan is to relocate the office to Chandlers Ford, at which time any additional mileage expense incurred will be reimbursed.
