HR & TRAINING PROJECT ASSISTANT - SEGENSWORTH - 6 MNTH CONTRACT - GREAT ENVIRONMENT - FLEXI TIME - APPLY NOW...!

We are currently seeking a talented Administrator / Project Assistant for this vibrant Engineering based employer in Segensworth, Fareham.

The role...

Will include the creation and population of a training database combined with the necessary communication and liaison with all departments and managers across the business in relation to training needs, which will be necessary to put the database together. Working closely with the business HR team, the successful candidate will also undertake other administrative tasks as dictated by the needs of the business. Hours are full time, however this employer is an advocate for flexible working and you will work on a flexi hours basis, giving you the option to build up flexi day allowances.

Requirements...

We are looking for an intelligent applicant with a well spoken, articulate manner. The successful candidate MUST have a background in some kind of HR or Training environment whether this has been 'hands on' or on an administrative basis. We will also consider applicants who have studied an HR or Training qualification combined with general administrative experience.

Good computer skills are essential - specifically a sound working knowledge of MICROSOFT ACCESS, as this will form a major part of the role.
