Working Hours:
9.5 hours a day - 4 days on with 3 days off (no rotation pattern available at present) -
opening times 8am - 11pm Monday to Sunday
i.e. - 8am - 6pm, 9am - 7pm, 10am - 8pm, 11am - 9pm,1pm - 11pm
There could be other patterns in the day.

A typical day consists of the following activities :
Inbound Call Centre Campaign where calls are received from Door to door agents selling our clients varied products.
Validating and processing new customer sales in order to achieve the overall goals of the Client.
As part of the booking process you will be speaking directly to customers and therefore a full awareness of FSA regulations regarding mandatory statements and Customer protection is required.
A keen eye for detail and data capture.
Previous Customer service experience is preferred as quality is a key part of the call.
Role includes but not limited to:
Outbound customer calling to place and verify sale (not cold calling)
Inbound
Data Entry
Administration
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months Customer Service type experience, excellent telephone manner, PC Literate
