This is a great role for someone who loves telephone work and the role is extremely varied and diverse. The everyday duties will include handling incoming calls, assisting in achieving sales targets, conducting telephone marketing and sales calls as well as sending welcome packs. Inputting sales orders and ensuring all delivery dates are recorded as well as contributing to ideas on advertising and marketing opportunities.
There is also a fair amount of administrative duties such as internal liaison with staff, recording deliveries, updating the internal computer system, processing non-delivery information, general admin such as filing and photocopying. Some credit card processing as well.
The hours of work are 8.30 to 5 with 20 days holiday
