Project Manager required for a busy organisation in Havant who has experience of Managing Projects from point of order to completion/handover, other responsibilities will include
Handling contracts that vary in value from £2000 to £100,000, this will include technical, design, programme, procurement, site installation and all financial matters
Liaising between the client and project suppliers ensuring the client is kept up to date at all times
Full commercial management of contacts will be required to ensure that the best prices are obtained from suppliers and sub contractors
Experience in a specialist contracting organisation will be essential
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities
Minimum of 5 years experience within a relevant specialist industry
Experience in the building industry and of Autocad would be advantageous but not essential
IT literate especially Word and Excel.
Must be able to understand and read drawing/specifications
TEC/HTEC/ONC/HNC in a related subject
This position will be based at Havant and visits to site as required and 50% - 60% of projects are London based so a clean driving licence and use of own car is essential. A mileage allowance will be paid per mile for business use.
This is a full time position and the salary is between £25,000 and £35,000
