Our client is a market leader in class fire detection solutions, they are now looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join an well established team.
Experience/ Knowledge of Electronics is essential.
You will be customer focused with a real can do attitude, providing 1st class support to a large customer base, assisting with telephone, email and exhibition support dealing with technical and product related issues.
You will be familiar with Microsoft office hardware, including powerpoint.
Fire industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
