Receptionist/Administrator required for a busy office in Portsmouth. On a daily basis your duties will include
Answering the telephone in a professional but friendly manner
Ensure calls are passed through promptly
Meet and greet clients that come into the office
Assist with Administration tasks when required which can be filling, photocopying and data entry.
It is essential the ideal candidate can demonstrate the following
Previous reception and Administration experience
Professional and well presented with excellent communication skills
PC literate
Willing to learn and assist when needed
This position is based in Portsmouth and easily accessible by public transport
