Full Description:
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Co-ordinator to join a new team promoting and delivering a new programme.

Duties will include:
Supporting the Programme Manager in the successful delivery and promotion of the project.
Co-ordinate the recruitment, training and full participation of all participants of the project.
Liaise with the events and marketing teams to promote recruitment sessions and workshops.
To assist in producing literature and case studies.
Develop and operate the internal processes systems.
Develop and undertake evaluation surveys.
Maintain and enhance one-one relationships.
generate Newsletter and directories.
Manage telephone and email correspondence.
Manage the website and intranet pages.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
Good level of education (A Levels desirable - or equivalent).
Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint to intermediate level.
Good Website and internet skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
Ability to work un-supervised.
Good confident influencing and negotiation skills.
Project Co-ordination experience.
Pro-active approach, team player and excellent relationship builder.

Full driving licence and own transport are ESSENTIAL for this post.

Some working outside of contracted hours may be required for external meetings.

Must be willing to travel abroad if required.

This is a full time position and the salary will be £20 - £25k.
