| You are required to call existing customers and sell them a telephone calls package This company has recently received strong endorsement for our product from an independent survey of home phone providers. Just eighteen months after launch, this company has been voted 'Best Overall Provider' with 85% of our customers satisfied. They also won 7 out of the 11 categories including Best Customer Service, Most Likely to be Recommended and Best for Ease of Use. You will also be cross trained on: A more Customer Service role based on a similar product to the above for the same company, you initialize the call from the customer and confirm they reside in the correct dwelling and have appropriately equipped accommodation, then you take all the customers details which you will then in turn pass to their local specialist. Whatever your background, if you have a keen eye for detail, process and a good head for knowledge retention this could be for you.
