An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Telesales Executive where you will be responsible for assisting the increase of sales and overall growth of the company.
Your duties will include
Making telesales calls to develop contact with potential clients
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives as set by the Sales Manager
Creating new business and new appointments for the National Account Managers and Business Development Managers
Managing and updating a CRM and diary system
Facilitating any sales issues/concerns raised by clients
Investigating and liaising on new growth areas with the Sales Manager and marketing department
Supporting the Sales Manager, as required
Supporting the Sales Team and covering for them during periods of absence, as required
Working flexibly and being receptive and adaptable to a changing environment within a fast expanding Company
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities
Previous Telesales experience is essential
Commercially aware, focused and enthusiastic
You will have the professionalism; self-motivation and organisational skills to ensure you consistently deliver the results that are required
Strong commitment to excellent customer service and a proactive working approach
Can spot opportunities, thrive on challenges, and solve problems to deliver the goal Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, including negotiating
You will commit to using your abilities to drive the growth of the company and most importantly, you will want to have fun while you are doing
The hours of work are 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday
The Salary is £20,000 basic, £23,000 OTE
This position is based in Fareham and is essential you have your own transport
