Job profile:
Our client is seeking a Lead Management Representative with fluent German and French. Primary responsibilities include proactive calls as part of lead campaigns, qualification of leads to pass onto the sales team and liaising with customers to promote the company`s products.

Person profile:
Fluent German with French. A strong service background and knowledge of the sales cycle. Ability to pick up technical knowledge and learn to handle more complex enquiries.

Company profile:
Leading provider of software solutions.

Skills profile:
Fluent German ideally with French language skills. Technical degree preferred but not essential. Strong IT skills.
