We are looking to recruit a permanent Night Project Support Worker to join our 24 hour service supporting clients with enduring mental health problems. You should be highly motivated and flexible in your role with a commitment to use your initiative.


Your role as a Night Project Support Worker is to work with and support clients with enduring mental health problems to attain improved independence and sense of personal value. You will work with clients and staff to develop a dynamic recovery approach service to exceed the expectations of clients and stakeholders.


Any similar experience of working with people within a social housing, probation or care setting in either a paid or voluntary capacity would be desirable, but most important will be your compassion and commitment and your ability to remain calm in difficult situations. In return we will provide full training and support to progress your career further.


This is a full time post working waking nights on a rolling eight week rota basis (four nights on and four nights off).


Please note that any offer of employment is subject to enhanced CRB clearance the cost of which will be covered by Home Group Ltd.
