This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with European experience to join a thriving and growing technology business in Reading.
This role will involve;
- Reviewing polices across UK and Europe
- Harmonising employee contract terms and conditions across UK, Europe and possibly Egypt
- Growing skill sets of staff
- Building relationships with senior managers, providing support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, poor performance, capability etc.
- Provide advice on employment law across Europe
- Recruitment of all disciplines and levels across UK and Europe
- Manage employee reward and benefits
- Oversee/collate payroll
- Travel to Europe for meetings and to build relationships with key stakeholders
Person spec;
- Graduate calibre
- Foreign language capability preferred
- CIPD qualified or part qualified
- European employment law knowledge
- Strong communicator
- Able to self manage with complete autonomy
