Salary:£7.57 per hour, plus commission Our client, a household name in the UK utilities industry, are seeking an outbound sales advisor (outbound call centre operator) to work in their lively, sociable office based in Thatcham, near Reading. They offer a motivating and enthusiastic working environment with opportunities for personal development and career advancement.
Job Responsibilities:
As an outbound sales advisor, you will be:- Contacting existing customers to upsell new products and services
- Working to meet sales targets on a daily and weekly basis
- Accurately updating the customer database
Preferred Skills:
- Experience of working within a sales based position would be advantageous, but not essential
- Good PC skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner a necessity
Personal Attributes:
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop, along with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must have the ability to strive to meet targets
